Documentation & Eligibility
Required Documents
- • Copy of Student Birth Certificate (2 copies)
- • Copy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
- • 5 recent color photos (3x4 cm)
- • Latest report card (for transfer students Primary & JHS)
- • Proof of observation fee payment
- • Developmental assessment reports (for special needs applicants)
Age Eligibility Criteria
TK A: minimal 3 tahun | TK B: minimal 4 tahun per Juli tahun berjalan.
Grade 1: minimal 6 tahun (atau rekomendasi psikolog bagi usia 5 tahun 8 bulan ke atas dengan kematangan memadai).
Telah menyelesaikan jenjang SD / MI sederajat dengan ijazah / surat keterangan lulus resmi.
